    • Clinical Director, SNEC Ocular Reading Centre: He played a pivotal role in the National Diabetic Eye Screening initiative (Singapore Integrated Diabetic Retinopathy Programme).

    • Director, Clinical Trials Platform, SERI: He oversaw the design, conduct, and management of groundbreaking clinical studies.

    • As a clinical scientist at SERI, his research focused on the aging eye and AMD. Dr. Teo has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and secured more than SGD 5 million in research funding, including the prestigious National Medical Research Council (NMRC) Transition Award.
