Insurance Panels, Billing & Payment

Dr Teo accept all patients, with or without health insurance plans. Some plans may exclude certain medications or procedures related to certain conditions. Please check with your insurer for any such exclusions.

Can I Use My Insurance / Integrated Shield Plan?

Dr Teo is on panel with the following Personal Integrated Shield Plan health insurance companies:

1. Singlife
2. Prudential PRUExtra / Prudential PRUShield Panel*

If your health insurance plan is not listed here, we will gladly call your insurance company / companies to check on your insurance coverage for you. We can also assist you in filing an out-of-network claim should the need arise.

*Only charges for procedures performed at Aptus/Novaptus/Novena Day Surgery Centres

Can I Use Medisave (Singaporeans / Permanent Residents)?

Both locations are Medisave accredited clinics, hence certain procedures are claimable under Medisave. All Singaporeans and PRs are able to use Medisave for consultations, procedures and medications (where eligible) in our clinic. Please contact us for further information if you have further queries.
